Every day, I have the privilege of witnessing the incredible power of women uplifting one another. Through the impactful work of Women in Technology Wisconsin, our network of dedicated volunteers and members works tirelessly to attract, grow, and retain girls and women in technology. I see women helping women: recommending each other as speakers for upcoming conferences, encouraging others to consider board positions, or volunteering at school career days to inspire the next generation of women leaders in the technology industry.
Now, through our partnership with i.c.stars, this mission is amplified. As community partners, we collaborate and support one another to create even greater opportunities for women in STEM. Together, we demonstrate that when people uplift each other, we all rise.
There is incredible strength in unity. By working together, we become stronger, more inclusive, and more connected. When women elevate women, our entire society thrives.
