Make an Impact
Without action, racial equity and social justice are abstract concepts. Our i.c.stars program translates intent into impact.
Our program: Our rigorous and selective two-year, tech-based workforce development and community leadership training program helps underserved young adults. Once selected, i.c.stars participants develop leadership skills, learn civics, and foster a pay-it-forward mentality.
Our network: Since inception, we have engaged more than 10,000 employers – changing perceptions and practices around underserved talent. We leverage this network to build social capital for participants and alumni.
i.c.stars graduates excel in technology and community leadership. They are employed by Fortune 500 companies, fast-growth companies, nonprofits and social enterprises.
