BUILDING COMMUNITY THROUGH GIVING
Discover why some of the richest people in the world are not millionaires, they are volunteers.
PLUG IN
Every year volunteers—industry CIOs, business leaders, i.c.stars graduates and community members—help make our mission possible by giving their time to provide needed support for our training program and special events. In addition to supporting i.c.stars and our program participants, volunteering also allows high tech leaders to shape future talent and community members to support our graduates who give back through their leadership efforts.
There are multiple ways to donate to i.c.stars. You can donate your time, your resources or your dollars. We encourage you to do all three!
HIGH TEA
You are invited to High Tea at i.c.stars! Join us for the most unique and inspiring executive volunteer experience. High Tea takes place every weekday afternoon during training sessions.
SPONSORSHIPS
From business solutions to talent engagement, let i.c.stars curate a level of engagement to meet your needs.
For Design and Development
A corporate sponsor provides a real-world design or development challenge that shapes the work of our interns throughout their 16-week training program. In addition to hearing their business solutions, these sponsors enjoy our highest level of engagement with the next generation of the tech industry leadership. This lead sponsorship opportunity is available three times per year.
For Talent Pipelines
Scout the future of your organization through relationship-building opportunities with our talent, including workshops, site visits, and team interactions.
For Diversity & Inclusion
We curate team-building and workforce development opportunities between your organization and our diverse, talented stars.
For Tech Industry Networking
Our events bring together the talent, leadership and innovators shaping the future of technology.
CLIENTS
Connect your business with the brightest technology talent and future leader and hire from i.c.stars. Since our program began in Chicago in 1999, the i.c.stars leadership curriculum has been recognized by employers as the primary strength behind our graduates. The leadership skills gained during the i.c.stars training program enable our graduates to outperform other junior level talent in business and technology.
