I have long admired the impactful work i.c.stars does in the community, but my recent experience working with a graduate, Marco Flores, truly brought it to life. Fresh out of the i.c.stars program, Marco’s professionalism and career readiness were immediately evident. After a few meetings, it was clear he would be an excellent candidate for us.
Marco’s ability to represent himself and articulate his accomplishments from the i.c.stars program was impressive, especially for someone at the entry-level of his career. He was able to detail the demanding schedule and workload required to complete the program, showcasing the discipline and dedication he developed. This gave us great confidence in his ability to add immediate value to his new role.
As my first experience working with an i.c.stars candidate, it couldn’t have left a better impression. This will certainly not be the last time I work with a graduate of the i.c.stars program.
