Allen Smith, Baker Tilly’s chief information officer, has a demonstrated history of experience within the accounting industry. Allen joined Baker Tilly in 2001 and is responsible for all technology strategy and initiatives across the firm.
Derek Riley
Derek RileyProfessor, Program Director of Computer Science at MSOE
Dr. Derek Riley joined the MSOE faculty in 2016 and is a professor in the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Department. He is also program director of MSOE’s Bachelor of Science in Computer Science program, which has a focus in artificial intelligence. In addition to teaching at MSOE, Riley provides consulting services and expert witness services related to machine learning, deep learning, facial recognition, computational modeling, high-performance computing, data architecture and strategy, and other related fields. He is an NVIDIA DLI Certified Instructor.

John W. Daniels IV, a sophomore at Marquette University High School, embodies the ethos of cura personalis, caring for the whole person. His passion for education, entrepreneurship, and community service has positioned him as a standout leader. As founder and principal of Pontem, a resource hub for aspiring young investors and entrepreneurs, John is dedicated to bridging the gap in financial literacy and empowering his peers to make informed decisions for their financial futures. This year, John launched Swing2Win, programming designed by Pontem to pair students with power brokers and business leaders in the City of Milwaukee via the game of golf.
David Manske

David Manske was born in the digital-first, mobile-first, and cloud-native era, giving him a slight edge along the tech adoption curve, but he knows it’s easy to fall behind in this swiftly changing digital landscape. He immerses himself in new emerging technologies, loves building software and cross-functional teams, and leads with bottomless energy and chutzpah. He’s amassed a comprehensive skillset across the gamut of building software from mobile, web, cloud, IoT, data, and AI. He’s outgoing and will likely strike-up a conversation with a stranger – but don’t be a stranger and please reach out to talk tech, raising children, or the outdoors!
Ginney McAdams

Ginney McAdams has been working in the IT industry since 1993. She is a Data & AI Director Specialist at Microsoft Corporation. In this role she works with 5 unique Business Units at a large ISV customer to globally support their Data & AI initiatives and projects.
Previously Ginney has held sales and technical leadership and executive roles at Microsoft Systems Integrators & Learning Solutions Partners. Ginney is a Microsoft Certified Azure AI Engineer Associate. She is also a Certified Technical Trainer and holds additional Microsoft technical and sales certifications for Office 365, SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, and Project Server. She currently resides in Waukesha, WI with her husband and 2 dogs, where she is an avid runner and has completed 6 marathons.

As the founder, speaker, and author of the book “Change Your Circle; Change Your Life,” he has established himself as a visionary leader who believes in the power of connection and relatability. With a wealth of experience in both the music industry and IT management, Jamar has channeled his passion for leadership and consistency into creating a thriving branding and media agency, Foureva Media.

Over the past eight years. He has also made history as the first African American small business owner to rent out a sports arena for the Lead the Movement Business Conference, a groundbreaking event that brought together businesses and leaders to promote diversity and community.
