Capitalize on Wisconsin 2024: The Modern Cyber Security Team was held on Wednesday May 15th at the Gage. The New Venue was an absolute hit, with outstanding feedback and comments all day long about the beautiful venue we selected. We had 4 Speakers, all bringing great insights from their team’s current cyber needs, ranging from upscaling security when your company’s footprint grows, The Manufacturing OT Journey, Securing our Financial Applications, and the radical power of learning. All of this was topped off by a very powerful moment when our Board Chair Bill Caraher and 4 of our alumni talked about their career journeys since they left i.c.stars and reinvested into the expansion fund; and finally our amazing all female CISO panel moderated by Board Member and CIO Julie Ragland.
Check out who our speakers were:

William Cummings, VP Cybersecurity, Generac will discuss the security needed in scaling up a regional organization to a Global Energy Tech Company

Steve Hannan, CIO, Landmark Credit Union will discuss security in the financial world

David Ruzicka, OT Security Director, Clarios will discuss the OT Journey

Dr. Cheryl Camacho, Chief Learning & Program Officer, i.c.stars will discuss workforce development with nontraditional talent, recruiting/retaining talent
