Alex Geron joined Autism Home Support Services (AHSS) as the Technology Director and IT Advisory Committee Chairman in the winter of 2013. At AHSS, Geron has nationwide responsibility for the information technology environment, leading and working with a broad range of company constituents in the ongoing planning and implementation of information technologies that supports the AHSS’s core mission and values.

Prior to joining AHSS, Geron spent 20 years in informational technology roles in a broad range of industries spanning Healthcare, Defense, Finance, Management Consulting, Manufacturing and Publishing industries. Most recently, as the Director for information technology initiatives for AFX Lighting. He was instrumental in the creation of the strategy for developing exceptional new information systems built around three driving forces – Design, Efficiency, Technology. He also served on several other technology advisory boards related to research and innovation infrastructure, including NPO’s Veteran of Foreign Wars (men’s auxiliary) and Saint Vincent de Paul’s Technology Research and Innovation Network.

Since arriving at Autism Home Support Services, Geron has become a member of the Level10 Executive Team in the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS Worldwide). He is serving on the Board of Trustees at the VFW Men’s Auxiliary with a role of Chairperson of the technology subcommittee of the Board, and participates as the Secretary and Advisory board member to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul Charities.
Geron holds a BA from Siena Heights University in Adrian MI, and an MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate of Management in Lake Forest IL.
