Patti has responsibility for leading all strategies and efforts related to the
enterprise-wide, global Information Technology for Elkay Mfg.
Elkay is a family owned, privately held company for almost 100 years. An
innovative manufacturer for plumbing products, delivering world class sinks,
faucets, water  coolers , drinking fountains and award-winning bottle filling
stations. Most recently, Elkay Interior Systems was acquired, providing a one-
stop source for seating & décor needs to restaurant, retail and hospitality
industries.
Patti has over 30 years of Information Technology and Customer Service
experience; 25 of which were in IT Management and other Leadership roles.
At Elkay, she is responsible for seeing that her teams provide timely, accurate
and professional levels of service at each and every point of contact.
Patti understands the broad scope of end to end business processes and the
impacts of enabling technology to provide business value, improve profitability,
and increase effectiveness. She drives efficiency, quality control, and
productivity, building cost-effective IT organizations focused on how technology
affects the bottom-line.
Prior to Elkay, Patti spent a good portion of her career at A.M. Castle, as Vice
President and CIO, leading the multi-year, multi-site and global implementation of
the Oracle eBusiness Suite ERP.
Patti holds an MBA in Operations and Supply Chain from Benedictine University
in Lisle, IL and a BA in Economics from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She,
her husband Dan and their children, Danny and Stephanie reside in Geneva, IL.
