Mark has over 30 years of experience in turning IT from a cost center to a business asset; designing and managing systems in a variety of industries including wholesale distribution, food service, and horticulture. Mark Morris joined Ball Horticultural Company in 1996 to oversee Ball’s business process transformation initiative and Ball’s international SAP implementations. Currently Mark is the Director of Information Technology and CIO and is known for driving efficiencies and creating business value by aligning IT & business objectives, transparency and communication. Mark & his team have turned Ball’s IT into a branded suite of tools and services that compliment Ball’s products and customer service, and are recognized throughout the horticultural industry; providing operational efficiency throughout the supply chain, and bringing Ball competitive advantages and measurable sales growth.
