Dr. Adrienne Smith is the Program Manager at i.c. stars. Adrienne has over 10 years experience in training and development.

She received her Doctorate in Adult and Continuing Education from National
Louis University, along with her Master of Arts in Training and Development,
a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design from Roosevelt University. Dr.
Smith believes strongly in Transformative and Experiential Learning.
Prior to joining i.c. stars, Adrienne’s an entrepreneur who grew a business
from start-up to expert knowledge of Training & Development, she specializes
in Instructional Design and Workforce development. Recognized by clients
and colleagues as a consummate professional with a high degree of
professionalism and integrity.

Dr. Smith worked as part of The Cara Program and Jobs for Youth Chicago,
providing education and training to low-income Chicagoans (TANF recipients
and transitional housing residents). During her career as a Training and
Development professional, Dr. Smith has had the opportunity to integrate
Transformative Learning theory into her teaching and has experienced good
 outcomes.
