Scott Boruff is a Management Consultant at PwC. He is part of PwC’s Strategic Supply Management practice and has over 13 years of Operations consulting experience across a variety of industries including: Private Equity, Manufacturing, Distribution, Food, Retail and Hospitality. He advises clients in the areas of Strategic Sourcing, Spend Management, Spend Analytics, Transportation & Logistics, Source-to-Pay (S2P), and Procurement Technologies. Scott has led the development, growth and expansion of a unique leveraged indirect sourcing capability that he has delivered across 10+ industry sectors. He also developed a platform to train and develop on-shore and off-shore resources to deliver global sourcing services via a strategic “consulting on demand” model and has been instrumental in creating an integrated S2P solution across PwC.

His consulting travels have taken him all over the U.S. and to global locations such as UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, China and India. Scott leads PwC’s Management Consulting recruiting at Indiana University and regularly conducts interviews and leads classes on campus. Prior to joining PwC in 2009, Scott worked with a boutique supply chain consulting firm, Alaris Consulting, where he primarily advised clients through cost reduction and operational improvement initiatives.

Scott earned his Bachelor of Science in Business with honors from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, with concentrations in Finance and International Studies. He is also a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) through the APICS organization. He was twice nominated for Consulting Magazine’s Rising Star award (2013, 2014).
