Mr. Paige’s knowledge and experience spans Technology, Finance, Business Development, and Operations. He possesses a history of success shaping IT strategies, building high-performance departments, and executing technology initiatives that deliver immediate results and sustainable gains. Skilled at driving full lifecycle application development, he has a record of effectively managing multi-million dollar budgets, building and leading cross-functional teams, as well as uncovering opportunities to maximize efficiency and reduce operating costs.

In his current position as Managing Principal with Diversified Systems Incorporated (a full service IT and management consulting company), Mr. Paige reports directly to the CEO. He is responsible for the management of all operations for the enterprise including finance, marketing and service delivery activities. Mr. Paige also drives strategic and tactical initiatives for the organization in the Chicagoland and Midwest regions

Prior to his current position, Mr. Paige was COO of 806 Enterprises, Inc. As the Director of Information Technology at Cook County, he reported directly to the CIO. He was responsible for the management of 200 plus staff persons that provided Infrastructure services, system development, integration and support capabilities to all the departments and agencies of Cook County Government.

Mr. Paige also has extensive experience as an entrepreneur. He was a founder and CEO of BSE, Inc. for eight years. His IT experience has been further buttressed by professional experiences with Andersen Consulting (currently known as Accenture) as a consultant focusing on financial systems and analysis. After a successful tenure in this role, Mr. Paige spent two years as systems manager at the Northwestern Memorial Hospital. In this position he managed the hospital’s ERP (GEAC) platform. In addition to his IT expertise, he has expansive experience in finance including C and D level experience in finance including time as Deputy CFO and as Director of Revenue at the County of Cook, as well as The COC Office of Budget and Management, where he managed in excess of 1 billion in annual funding for key departments. Mr. Paige has been involved with ic stars since 1998 as a member of the Board of Directors and as a former Board President.
