i.c.stars Names Meighan Newhouse as Interim CEO

CHICAGO — The i.c.stars Board of Directors has appointed Meighan Newhouse as Interim CEO effective April 13, 2026, following the departure of Karin Norington-Reaves, who has resigned to pursue another opportunity.

Newhouse started her career in technology training at a large global law firm, believing that by helping people understand how to leverage technology to do their jobs better, then they could be happier at work, and would ultimately enjoy their lives more. That conviction led her to start her first business, Colette Allen Consulting, in 2012, a boutique learning and development firm focused on technology adoption, and later, leadership development at every level.

In 2017, she co-founded Inspirant Group, a disruptive management consulting firm focused on digital transformation. As CEO, she and the “Unconsultants” created a culture recognized as a Best Remote First Company in the U.S. three years in a row, a certified Great Place to Work, and an Inc. Best Workplace. In 2023, she and her partners led the company to a strategic acquisition.

“I’m especially excited that Meg has joined i.c.stars as Interim CEO. We were fortunate to have Meg consult with the i.c.stars leadership team throughout 2025 on a variety of organizational and operational improvement initiatives, so she has a deep understanding of our mission, strategy and operational model, and pre-existing relationships with the leadership team. She can hit the ground running and carry on and execute the important strategy and program transformation work started by Karin,” said Rich Linden, i.c.stars National Board Chair.
