When Caleb first walked through the doors of i.c.stars Kansas City as a member of Cycle 03, he arrived quietly—curious, observant, and clearly full of untapped potential. Like many i.c.stars interns, he was eager to learn but still finding his voice.

Fast forward to today, and Caleb’s journey tells a powerful story of growth, confidence, and transformation. He is now the Lead Tech at iRecycle KC, a role he earned through dedication, persistence, and a deepening passion for technology.

During his time at i.c.stars, Caleb took full advantage of every opportunity placed in front of him. As an intern, he absorbed new concepts quickly and leaned into challenges.

As a resident, his confidence and capabilities began to shine. He presented an app he built from the ground up and demonstrated cybersecurity principles at Cyber on the Hill at William Jewell College—moments that marked clear milestones in his professional and personal development.

Today, Caleb is doing more than applying technical skills. He’s leading, mentoring, and helping drive innovation in his workplace. Perhaps most inspiring is the way he has come out of his shell. He now shares his ideas with confidence, communicates complex concepts with clarity, and brings an infectious enthusiasm to everything he works on. Whether he’s coding, presenting, or solving real-world problems, Caleb elevates the people around him.

At i.c.stars, we often say that talent is everywhere—opportunity is not. Caleb’s journey is a powerful reminder of what happens when opportunity meets commitment, curiosity, and grit.
