Tiffany Dillon, VP – IT Infrastructure and Operations, Landmark Credit Union

Tiffany Dillion

Wouldn’t it be wonderful if every change and effort we put in went smoothly and without any hiccups? Unfortunately, we know that there are always factors that can impact the success of our endeavors. One of the most significant elements in this equation is people. Yes, the individuals who make up our organization play a pivotal role in determining whether changes will be successful or not.

I will be sharing my thoughts on a topic that I believe is crucial for collective success within an organization: the distinction between mindset and skillset, particularly in the context of implementing changes within an organization.

Tiffany Dillon is the VP – IT Infrastructure and Operations at Landmark Credit Union, where she provides leadership, strategy, delivery, and operational management of the IT physical and cloud infrastructure.  She partners with senior leadership, business teams and vendors to deliver innovative products and services to enable the execution of business priorities.

She is a talented and versatile technology leader with over 25 years of experience that span cybersecurity, infrastructure, application development, and working in regulated environments. She is committed to the development and growth of others with mentoring, advocacy and challenging opportunities that deliver successful results.

Tiffany is also quite active in her community.  She serves on the Executive Board of Directors for The Gathering of Southeastern WI where she leads the Technology Committee to advise the organization on technology decisions.  She is also an Advisory Board Member for i.c.stars|Milwaukee.

Rachel Breitbach, Practice Lead and Senior Advisor, FarWell

Rachel Breitbach

As we lead change, we are focused on creating an environment where people are ready for and can adopt change. To do that, we need to understand the organization’s culture and environment and one of the most important aspects of culture is that people inherently feel psychologically safe. Amy Edmonson from Harvard defines psychological safety as “a belief that one will not be punished or humiliated for speaking up with ideas, questions, concerns, or mistakes, and that the team is safe for interpersonal risk-taking.” It is a simple concept, but it isn’t necessarily easy to create. How can leaders instill an environment of psychological safety that helps to enable positive change?

Rachel Breitbach, Practice Lead & Senior Advisor

Rachel is an experienced Senior Advisor and Practice Lead at FarWell. In her role, she is responsible for leveraging her expertise to help clients achieve their goals and staying up to date with emerging trends. With a focus on delivering value, Rachel is a servant leader who engages with others to think strategically and break down complex initiatives into manageable steps.

Rachel is also a thought leader and speaker in her field. Her extensive knowledge and experience make her a frequent speaker at local and national events, where she shares her insights and best practices with a diverse audience. Rachel is highly active in organizations such as PMI, ACMP, SHRM, and WIT (Women in Technology), where she is invited to speak regularly and continues to educate and inspire others in her industry. She also leads a Change Navigators national group, where she facilitates a sharing of experiences, insights, and best practices with others leading change initiatives.

Rachel tries to apply a fearless approach to new challenges, is willing to step outside her comfort zone and encourages others to do the same. Inspired by hockey legend Wayne Gretzky’s motto, “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take,” Rachel has taken risks throughout her career, including becoming the first woman to enter the Denver Broncos locker room as a broadcast intern.

With a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Northwestern University and an MBA from Azusa Pacific University, Rachel is a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, a Professional Scrum Master, and a Project Management Professional (PMP).

In her personal life, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. She is an avid sports fan and an active member of her community. As a self-proclaimed chocolate lover, Rachel never misses an opportunity to indulge in her favorite treat.

Nathan Sheets, Owner | Executive Coach, Bearing Leadership Consulting

Nathan Sheets

Change is inevitable, but uncertainty doesn’t have to be. In this compelling TED-style talk, Nathan Sheets reveals the #1 reason most change efforts fail—not because of the change itself, but because of poor communication. Using powerful stories, real-world examples, and research-backed insights, he breaks down the three essential pillars of effective change leadership: clarity, consistency, and connection.

Attendees will walk away with actionable strategies to lead through uncertainty, build trust, and foster resilience in their teams. Whether you’re a seasoned executive or an emerging leader, this talk will challenge you to rethink your approach to change communication—not just for compliance, but for true connection and engagement.

The next time change comes knocking, will you let uncertainty take control, or will you step up and lead with confidence?
