Women’s History Month is a time to honor the trailblazers who have opened doors for future generations. As a technology leader, I’ve seen firsthand how mentorship and community can transform careers—especially through i.c.stars Milwaukee, an organization dedicated to equipping upcoming talent with the skills and confidence to thrive.

One of the most inspiring experiences I’ve had with i.c.stars is participating in their High Tea events, where candid conversations between emerging talent and industry leaders spark real connections. These moments remind me that mentorship is a two-way street—I’ve learned just as much from these future leaders as they have from me.

The reality is, that women still make up less than 30% of the tech workforce, and increasing representation requires intentional action. This Women’s History Month let’s commit to mentorship, advocacy, and lifting as we climb. Because when one woman rises, we all rise.

If you’re looking to make an impact, consider engaging with i.c.stars Milwaukee—as a mentor, speaker, or supporter. Together, we can shape the future of women in tech.
