CAPITALISM AND CIVIL RIGHTS
MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR. DAY
Dear Stakeholder,
i.c.stars 4 events in 2007 will capture the movement we can all feel these days.
As many of you know, things are moving at i.c.stars. Graduates are experiencing
very high levels of employment in technology, and as such, we are preparing to
move to larger space in 2007 to accomodate serving more of tomorrow's leaders.
In 2007, we will collectively "Move The Future".
Please join us for our first event in 2007, our annual celebration of Dr. Martin
Luther King, Jr. and the corresponding achievements of i.c.stars stakeholders
including interns, alumni, staff, board, employers, volunteers, and sponsors.
Kids are welcome to come and participate in our story telling room.

about i.c.stars|*
i.c.stars was founded in 1999 to develop 1,000 community leaders by 2020.
Through training in technology, in leadership and in business skills we prepare
inner city young people from 18 to 27 years old for high-level careers in
information technology (IT). We do this through a project-based training model,
through opportunities to meet IT leaders and potential employers, and through
leadership training. By integrating technology training, leadership development
and business skills, i.c.stars is shaping the next generation of technology and
community leaders.
i.c.stars is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
