POSITION SUMMARY

The Training Program Manager is responsible for the quality of the training program. They oversee a continual process of keeping i.c.stars curriculum and projects up to date, lead the delivery of stand-up training and individualized instruction, and oversee the recruitment, assessment, and placement process. The role requires regular analytical and metrics-based reporting to other staff, board members, and stakeholders.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Development Associate is responsible for assisting the Development Director with all components of an integrated, annual fundraising campaign including planning, organizing, and implementation to reach a successful completion of the current fiscal year’s campaign goals. They oversee the production of our 4 main events, the ongoing relations with annual sponsors, and external communications.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Technology Career Coordinator will prepare and support i.c.stars participants through the first two years of their careers. This is an ideal position for someone with a strong desire for providing career guidance and technical coaching. NOTE: the title of this position changed from Career Services Coordinator to Technology Career Coordinator to better reflect the technology aspects of this role.

POSITION SUMMARY

The i.c.stars Social Enterprise Program Manager is responsible for leading the i.c.stars social enterprise, a division within our organization that hires i.c.stars program participants who have finished their internship and are now entering a paid ‘residency’ where they will do social media and web development for small businesses and corporate clients. It is an exciting opportunity to grow a business within i.c.stars that has the potential to create jobs for over 100 low income, resilient adults who participate in our program.
