POSITION SUMMARY The Development Associate is responsible for assisting the Development Department with all components of an integrated, annual fundraising campaign including planning, organizing, and implementation to reach a successful completion of the current fiscal year’s campaign goals. They oversee the production of our 4 main events, the ongoing relations with annual sponsors, and external communications. The role requires regular analytical and metrics-based reporting to other staff, board members, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess an outgoing personality and an entrepreneurial spirit that embraces growth opportunities.
POSITION SUMMARY The Program Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Program Director in ensuring the quality of the training program. They oversee a continual process of keeping i.c.stars curriculum and projects up to date, and lead the delivery of business and leadership training, while monitoring each individual’s progress through the program timeline or cycle. The Program Coordinator also manages volunteers and other stakeholders who support the training program.
POSITION SUMMARY The Program Director is responsible for ensuring and maintaining the quality of the training program. Lead continual process improvement to keep i.c.stars |* leadership and technology curriculum and project-based learning up to date. Provide delivery of agile training and individualized instruction, and oversee the recruitment, assessment, and placement process. Responsible for staff training and oversight to improve the capacity of the training organization. The role requires regular analytical and metrics-based reporting to other staff, board members, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a love of educational design and strong administration skills.
