POSITION SUMMARY The COO role is designed to manage the National Organization of i.c.stars and ensure the stability and infrastructure for growth.

The role requires someone comfortable managing the daily operations of the enterprise with great breadth of experience and passion for managing in a fluid environment where process is used as a guide, not a standard procedure. The culture and essence of i.c.stars is one of ANDs: leadership AND technology, cognitive skills AND behavioral transformation, data AND emotions, business AND community. The COO has a fundamental role in maintaining the balance between the natural tensions that arise between these often competing goals and ideas.

Program Manager, i.c.stars |* Chicago

POSITION SUMMARY The Program Manager will report to the Chief Learning Officer and will be responsible for ensuring and maintaining the quality of the training program. He or she will oversee a continual process of keeping i.c.stars curriculum and projects up to date, and lead the delivery of business and leadership training, while monitoring each individual’s progress through the program timeline or cycle. The Program Manager also manages volunteers and other stakeholders who support the training program.
