Raj Chopra

Raj Chopra is the Business Development Director at the Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE:ICE). Mr. Chopra joined ICE in 2006 and today oversees acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic investments. He is responsible for managing ICE’s international relationships and developing new partnerships that leverage ICE’s trading technology and risk management platforms. He recently lead the successful launch of a new exchange for ICE in Brazil.

Previously, Mr. Chopra was the Vice President for Business Development & Partnership Strategy at Transora, a technology B2B exchange focused on connecting global manufacturers and retailers. There he managed and addressed the needs of Transora’s global customer community and was responsible for ensuring resource deployment to obtain successful results. Prior to Transora, Mr. Chopra worked in finance and marketing at Sara Lee Corporation.

Mr. Chopra received his BA in Business Administration from Michigan State University and his MBA from The Unversity of Chicago Booth School of Business.
