Program Committee Guiding Documents

The i.c.stars|* Board Program Committee created 5 Objectives to anchor our curriculum and keep our program looking towards the future. The following documents are 3 of the final products of these objectives. These documents were approved by the Committee in May, 2012.

Essential Elements of Information Technology Leadership. Core elements drawn from Program Committee members. These definitions provide our interns with an early sense of what their goals should be in terms of technology leadership. We also use this document with i.c.stars stakeholders and potential contributors to communicate the essence of the kind of technology leaders we would like our interns and alums to become.

Comprehensive Technology Leadership Resource Guide for the i.c.stars curriculum. Books, articles, white papers, poems, or favorite quotes regarding leadership and technology. It also includes videos, websites and blogs. Part of this list will be required reading as part of the program. The full list is now available to i.c.stars interns and alums. The Committee plans to periodically review and continuously update this list.
