Mock Interviewing

Mock Interview Volunteers i.c.stars works with volunteers to conduct mock interviews with each training Cycle. Mock interviewers participate in delivering two types of interviews: * Behavioral * Technical These interviews can be conducted both in person and/or via telephone. Mock Interview Process i.c.stars will schedule each interviewer with an interviewee for the day planned. i.c.stars will provide resumes of interviewees. i.c.stars will provide dial-in phone numbers for phone interviews. i.c.stars will provide sample behavioral questions, if needed. i.c.stars can provide sample technical competency questions, if needed. i.c.stars will provide feedback forms, to be returned post each session. Attached is the template for scheduling a Mock interview day and the template scorecard.
