The Need For Revolutionaries in Education - Anthony G. James - Part I

Education in America and around the world seems to be the subject of many discussions. In Chicago education is politics and politicians are supposed to champion for the communities they serve.

Tea Speaker Series: Marcus Cobb

Here at i.c.stars there is a tradition in which we partake every day at four o’clock called “High Tea”. High Tea is not your run of the mill cup of tea; it’s not about small talk nor is it a lecture. Started by the founders of i.c.stars as a way to slow down and “check-in” with each other, High Tea has become a prominent fixture in the i.c.stars community. All of the tea speakers that join us are passionate about helping others through community building, education and technology. High Tea is not just about the brew, but more so about the conversation. It is a “meeting of the minds,” and an opportunity to impact the next generation of business, technology and community leaders. We recently had the pleasure of speaking with one of our regular tea guests, Marcus Cobb.
